INTRO TO SOMATICS
Foundations of Nervous System Awareness & Body Listening
This class is designed for anyone who is new to somatic work or curious about understanding the body beyond the mind. You’ll be guided through gentle, accessible movement, breath, and awareness practices that help you learn how to listen to your body’s signals, recognize stress responses, and begin creating safety within your nervous system.
There is no experience required — this class is slow, intentional, and supportive. This is the starting point for working with the body as a tool for regulation, emotional awareness, and self-trust.

RELAX N RELEASE
Deep Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Unwinding
This class is focused entirely on down-regulating the nervous system and releasing stored tension and emotional buildup from the body. Through slow somatic movement, breath-work, and guided release techniques, the body is given permission to soften, unwind, and let go — without force or performance. This is a deeply restorative experience designed to move you out of survival mode and into a state of ease and presence.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more spacious in your body.

HUMAN DESIGN SOMATICS
Embodied Alignment Through Your Design
This class blends Human Design awareness with somatic practices to help you embody your energy — rather than just understand it mentally. Using language from Human Design (strategy, authority, energy centers, conditioning), you’ll be guided into practices that support a relaxed, receptive body capable of holding more alignment, clarity, and energetic integrity.
This class is less about “doing” and more about allowing your body to decondition and recalibrate to its natural rhythm.When the body is relaxed, your design works more efficiently.
